Decent check-in app that initially seems rough but works once you figure it out. The concept of virtual check-in is interesting, though it needs refinement.
The towels felt stiff, and the room took a while to warm up, making for an uncomfortable first night. Regrettably, it took hours to get checked in due to accessibility issues with on-site staff appearing to be unavailable.

clean, fresh kitchenette, good shower
The basement room felt cramped, with annoyingly loud kitchen and laundry noises early in the morning!!! Fridge placement was problematic, causing unnecessary disturbances at night!!! More attention to room isolation would enhance comfort!!!

great location , but a bit noisy
The studio apartment with kitchenette was peaceful and had a clean, fresh feel. The bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Nearby dining options like Charlie's Sandwich Shoppe offered delightful breakfast choices and friendly service, enhancing our stay.
Some street noise spilled into the room during our stay, which was slightly distracting at times.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The location near Massachusetts T Station offered easy access to public transport and nearby grocery shops. Appreciated the comfortable bed in the Deluxe Studio, which made for restful nights after exploring the city. The shared kitchen area was well-stocked and convenient for quick meals, with a microwave and kettle provided in our room. However, the bathroom had no ventilation, which made it stuffy. Also, felt the room could use more general upkeep. some of the furnishings appeared shabby. The door lock on our room didn’t feel secure, which was concerning. Overall, good basics but attention to detail could enhance the stay further.
